Our return policy is applicable for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if there is a manufacturing fault. Any damage must be reported immediately, within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note that the photographed item colour my vary from the actual item.
No refunds or exchanges on custom made orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

All Desert Dew items are sold with a 6 months warranty cover, against possible defects in materials and craftsmanship. The bag is only covered under the warranty with a valid proof of original ownership, product info, indicating the date and location of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if we are happy it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the items at our expense and return it to you free of charge.
This is of course subject to the item being within our 6 months guarantee.
The Return of the repair will be the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. If we are unable to repair your item, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
To return your product, you should courier your product to: Adorn Upholstery, 419 8th Road, Bredell, Kempton Park, 1619.
Please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged enroute. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return and EMAIL US THESE DOCUMENTS AS WELL AS THE COURIER WAYBILL NO TO firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Desert Dew offers hand crafted products, manufactured by us in house. Because we manufacture all our products there may be a turnaround time of up to 15 working days before we ship your order or it is ready for collection. Manufacturing or your order will commence once payment has been cleared.
Once your order has been shipped, it can take anything from 7-9 working days to be delivered. This timetable may vary in a busy season and you will be notified if your order may take longer.
Orders are sent out on weekdays (Monday – Friday), except Public Holidays.

We strive to get orders out as soon as possible, and all our customers are very important to us. We depend on 3rd party suppliers to deliver certain materials and goods for us to be able to manufacture, like leather tanneries etc. There might be delays from time to time as a delay from a 3rd party supplier can cause delays in our manufacturing process however, affected customers will be notified.
International deliveries can be arranged. VAT & Duties to be paid by the customer.
